Relationship counselling aims to provide a space for each partner to be able to emotionally express themselves, a space to speak their feelings but also to really listen to and better understand their partners feelings too.

As your therapist I will remain impartial and non judgmental in my approach and ultimately try and allow you both to gain greater insight into your relationship and improve communication between yourselves so that you are able to face and deal with future challenges in a healthier and more collaborative way.
